Our Position on Copyright
MediaMint is a tool that allows users to download publicly accessible video and audio content for personal use. We do not host, store, or distribute any copyrighted content ourselves — our tools process a URL provided by the user at the time of the request.
Responsibility of Users
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of any downloaded content complies with copyright law and the terms of service of the originating platform. MediaMint does not condone using this tool to infringe on any copyright holder's rights.
Filing a DMCA Complaint
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that content accessible through MediaMint infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice containing:

- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it
